Shaykh Abu Noman Tarek is a distinguished figure in Canada’s Muslim community, bringing over two decades of dedicated service as an Imam, educator, chaplain, counselor, and humanitarian. With deep expertise in both Islamic theology and mental health, he bridges traditional faith-based wisdom with contemporary needs.
A Hafiz of the Qur’an and a registered psychotherapist, Shaykh Tarek holds five academic degrees from institutions across Bangladesh and Canada — including advanced studies in Islamic Jurisprudence and Psychotherapy. His integrative approach to Islamic counseling has touched countless lives.
